• Every soccer player benefits from the expertise and experience of his coach. Likewise as a player in life’s game, you need a coach.
• To keep in top shape, soccer players emphasize training routine. As a player in life’s game you must continuously work on your skills.
• Just as injuries are inevitable in the game of soccer, so also are adversities in the game of life. However how you respond to tough times, defines your destiny.

• In the game of soccer, it is goals that count. Same way in life. What really counts is being able to take bold steps towards bringing your vision and dreams to fruition.

Those who blame others for their inability to make it in life need to learn from soccer. Score goals or you lose. That is the game of soccer. The same should apply to life.
A fascinating quality of Italian teams of old was their ability to take the few chances that came their way. After which they sealed up their defense.
We only run into trouble when we violate the “dos and don’ts” of God. Every footballer knows if you play against the referee’s rules, he shows you the way out. God has been merciful to man otherwise he would have shown us the way out.
Every time a player is stretched out and he rejoins the game after some moments, I always reflect on the ups and down of life. Surely, tough times carry with it seeds of opportunities.
As a business man, I know that taking the competition to your competitors is crucial to success. I got that from football. It says, “Attack is the best form of defense.”
Some say a lost opportunity never comes back again. That is true in football.
I like that. Life's goal oriented, you must be direct on your goals to be successful. Don't beat about the bush and make your shots count. If you think I'm lying, ask Prof. Wenger and his SEXY football.
